AI Video Reports: From Analysis to Presentation-Ready Output
VidForgeX turns AI video analysis into professional reports: branded PDF coaching summaries, Excel performance data, forensic evidence packages, and SOP compliance audits — all generated on demand, no manual formatting.
Report types by vertical
Full session report: metrics, event timeline, player/operator breakdown, AI insights, key frames, coaching points. Branded with org logo. 15–40 pages depending on depth.
Longitudinal performance report for one tracked individual: session-by-session progression charts, metric trends, AI narrative commentary, strength/weakness summary.
Aggregated team performance over a defined period. Rankings, averages, outliers, trend lines. Suitable for board-level or stakeholder reporting.
Cycle time distribution, VA/NVA breakdown, idle time log, OEE Performance input, SOP compliance score, and corrective action recommendations.
Incident timeline, person sighting log with frames, chain-of-custody hash documentation, operation log. Formatted for legal and insurance use.
Step-by-step compliance results against a defined Rule Template. Violation timestamps, frequency analysis, trend over multiple observations. CSV export for quality management systems.
Report generation pipeline
VidForgeX generates PDFs on demand in a serverless function within our API layer. The pipeline:
- Fetch video metadata and analysis artifact from secure cloud storage
- Fetch organization branding (logo URL, footer text) from the profile table
- Render optional AI chat summary section (if
chatSummaryprovided) - Build the document definition with section-based content blocks
- Generate PDF binary and return as
application/pdfresponse
Report sections are configurable via includeSections parameter: you can generate a summary-only report (1–2 pages) or a full detailed report (30–50 pages) from the same data.
Shared analysis links
Any VidForgeX analysis can be shared via a time-limited public link — no recipient login required. Share tokens are UUID-based, stored in annotation_shares, with configurable expiry (1–720 hours, default 24h). The shared view shows the full analysis, video title, sharer name, and includes Excel export and PDF-by-email options.
